Miss Molly's is a boutique caterer with a small staff of hard-working and talented bakers. We book up fast and take a limited number of weddings each season because we strive to ensure that the quality of our product is never compromised by biting off more than we can chew! #foodrelatedpun

There are two ways to get the ball rolling:

  1. Send us a general inquiry. Scroll down and fill out the form, we will respond within a few business days. 
  2. Book a tasting! Our availability changes weekly so please check the calendar and pick a time that works for you and your fiance.

Booking a Vendor & Tasting

Booking a Vendor & Tasting

Steps to booking your cake or dessert vendor:

  • Book a tasting or do a tasting to go. 
  • Decide which pastry or cake sample(s) you like. Email us and we will write up a contract.
  • Fill out the contract, send in your deposit, and boom, you're good to go!
  • A few weeks before your wedding we will touch base about final guest count and adjust your dessert or cake total accordingly. 
  • We deliver and set up your cake or dessert display the day of your wedding. Generally, we will coordinate with your event planner or venue manager about the best time arrive.


Booking your tasting with Miss Molly:

Wedding tastings accommodate two people and cost $25. We also offer tastings-to-go for $20 if a sit down tasting doesn't fit into your schedule! 

You can choose up to 5 items to taste. If you do book us for your wedding the $25 fee (or $20 for to-go) will be deducted from your delivery and setup fee on the final contract. Any additional items will be $5 each (8 maximum), this cost will not be deducted from the final bill. Take a look at the cake menu or dessert table menus for the types of items that are available*. 

*Please note that we are unable to provide samples from the "pies" menu. We do offer blueberry lemon, strawberry rhubarb and caramel apple handpie samples.

Additional family and friends are welcome to join at an added fee of $5 per person (4 people maximum). This fee will not be deducted from the final bill.

Miss Molly’s customers typically spend between $3.50-5.50/guest when offering a dessert table.

There is a delivery and setup fee of $75* .

*Within the metropolitan Milwaukee area

Display Rentals can be delivered alongside your cake or dessert table for an additional fee. 

how to order

Typically, when ordering petite desserts for your reception it is best to average 3 items per guest. For example, if you have a wedding of 100 you will want to order 300 pieces.

We like to recommend offering between 3-5 different desserts. This provided a balanced selection for your guests to enjoy!

Cakes are priced by the slice and vary depending on flavor combinations and decorative details.

The signature cakes listed on the website are the most popular combinations but we are always open to ideas! We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Book a tasting and we can build a custom quote for your special cake!
