Miss Molly’s is a small Milwaukee pastry company that specializes in custom wedding dessert displays and cakes.  Our displays of gourmet pastries at your reception will be sure to please everyone. Whether you are looking for a timeless and simple cake made with all natural ingredients, or vegan, nut-free, or gluten-free desserts, we have menus that are sure to please everyone. Our truly exceptional bakery is made from high quality ingredients,  including locally sourced dairy, grains, and organic fruits. Miss Molly’s makes everything from scratch and custom baked for your event.

MISS MOLLY SULLIVAN

It’s hard to say when the exact moment was when Molly decided to pursue pastries as a profession but she has always had a sweet tooth! 

During her undergrad years she had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris,  it was during this time that Molly began contemplating a career in the culinary world. Soon after completing undergrad she went to culinary school and graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. She has worked in neighborhood cafes and fine dining restaurants in the Midwest and on the West Coast. After a few years of living all over the country she returned to her Milwaukee roots.

Molly founded Miss Molly's Pastries in 2012 and has been catering weddings ever since. She was simultaneously the pastry chef at Braise Restaurant for over 4 years. Molly is currently the head pastry chef for Black Shoe Hospitality (a.k.a. Maxie's, Blue's Egg & Story Hill BKC).
