Miss Molly’s is a boutique Milwaukee pastry company that specializes in custom wedding dessert displays and cakes.  Our displays of gourmet pastries at your reception will be sure to please everyone. Whether you are looking for a timeless and simple cake made with all natural ingredients, or vegan, nut-free, or gluten-free desserts, we have menus that are sure to please everyone. Our truly exceptional bakery is made from high quality ingredients, including locally sourced dairy, grains, and organic fruits. Miss Molly’s makes everything from scratch and custom baked for your event.

MISS MOLLY SULLIVAN

Owner/Pastry Chef

It’s hard to say when Molly decided to pursue pastries as a profession but she has always had a sweet tooth! 

During her undergrad years she had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris, it was during this time that Molly began contemplating a career in culinary arts. Soon after undergrad she attended culinary school in Minneapolis and graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. Molly has worked in cafes and fine dining restaurants in the Midwest and on the West Coast. Molly returned to her Milwaukee roots in 2012 and was hired as the pastry chef for Braise Restaurant.

Molly began catering parties in her free time which led to the creation of Miss Molly's Pastries in 2012. The company has grown over the years to include a talented staff of bakers. Molly is currently the Executive Pastry Chef for Black Shoe Hospitality (a.k.a. Maxie's, Blue's Egg & Story Hill BKC).

Isabelle Bishop

Director of Brand Communications

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Isabelle moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University. After studying food ethics throughout her undergrad years, Isabelle realized that she wanted to get involved with the culinary world.

Drawn to the focus on local and sustainable food, Isabelle started working for Miss Molly's Pastries after meeting Molly through Braise Restaurant where she is currently the bread baker and culinary school assistant.
